How quickly will I see the results of my training?
Expect to FEEL the results of your training sooner than you SEE them. People who start a new exercise program and are consistent in getting their workouts done typically report improvements in sleep, mood and energy levels within two to three weeks. Changes in body composition often take longer to notice; the more consistent you are with your workouts and the closer you adhere to your nutrition plan, the sooner the results will become noticeable (to you and to others too!).
How to do cardio without treadmills?
Walking or running on a treadmill does not engage the complex structure of the foot and ankle in any meaningful way. It can lead to loss of agility, as it fails to mimic real-life conditions of running on uneven ground and also brings monotony to your workout. It’s also worth noting that treadmills are associated with more than 24,000 injuries each year—usually muscle strains. If you want to get your heart rate up and burn some calories go ahead with our CrossFit or HIIT program which not only burns calories but also increases your Resting Metabolic Rate (BMR) so you keep on burning calories for the next 24-48 hours.
How will I build muscles without using machines?
Weight machines just don’t translate well into strength and fitness for daily activities, not to mention athletics.

Free-weights and body weight exercises have greater carryover to what you do in real life such as daily activities as well as builds lean muscle mass

How long should I be working out for?
No longer than 45 minutes to an hour. At around this time is when your body releases catabolic hormones (cortisone) into your system. This stuff is pumped into your system to make up for the loss of muscle tissue that is being damaged while you work out. You know that feeling of over-training, like you are lifting and lifting for naught? This is the catabolic state. It’s working out for negative returns. To get big, awesome muscles doesn’t mean you need to spend three hours in the gym.

How quickly will I lose weight?
You can expect to lose about 1-2 pounds of FAT per week, without losing muscle.
If you’re very heavy, then 1% of your body weight per week (2.5 to 3 lbs if you’re 250 to 300 lbs) is safe and realistic (larger and fatter individuals are more likely to lose faster than smaller and leaner individuals). Extra weight loss is common the first week or two, but that’s usually water weight.

These tests helps us to understand your body type, metabolic rate, muscle to fat ratio, BMI, your lifestyle and nutrition etc and accordingly we prepare a training routine best suited for your body and your fitness goals.
Will women bulk up like men if they lift heavy weights?
Weights does not create a bulky, unfeminine Lifting body. In fact, it creates a leaner, more athletic, elegant-looking body. Muscle is far more compact than fat; so the more muscle you build, and the fat you lose, the smaller you’ll actually become. And the more lean muscle tissue you acquire, the more calories you’ll burn 24/7. There is one simple reason why women are incapable of acquiring muscle mass anywhere close to the level that a male is capable of acquiring…the hormone testosterone.

Normal testosterone levels in men are 300-1100 ng/dl while in women normal is 15-70 ng/dl. If you compare the median-range testosterone levels in men and women, men’s = 700 and women’s = 42.5. On average, men produce roughly 16 times more testosterone than women, and many research articles state levels greater than 25 times more!

I m not a fighter why should I learn MMA?
MMA is one of the best combat sports for self-defense. It combines stand-up fighting, ground fighting, and take downs. You can burn up to 590 calories in a single 45 minute striking class. In a grappling class of the same time, you could burn up to 620 calories. MMA workouts incorporate strength, aerobic and metabolic conditioning. You get endurance, strength, agility, power, and much more from an MMA class. Learning all these skills instills confidence and also enables you to handle tough situations.

Will your training pattern help me in faster fat loss?
In case of individuals who are looking forward to fat loss , we incorporate High Intensity Interval Training in their workout regime for better and faster results.
Studies have shown that people who followed an HIIT training programme for 8 weeks have dropped 2 % in their body fat percentage and burned almost 100 more calories per day during the 24-hours after each exercise.
Will your type of training help me build muscles and gain weight?
For maximum muscle growth we focus more on compound exercises which recruits larger amount and multiple muscle fibers. Maximum growth can only come from recruiting as many of these fibers as possible and inducing the micro-trauma that stimulates the compensatory adaptation of THICKER muscle fibers. Thicker individual fibers means larger muscles. Moreover, Large, compound exercises such as the Olympic lifts , dead lifts and squats have been shown to produce large elevations in Testosterone, growth hormone and other anabolic hormones, which are the key factors when one is looking forward to build more muscle mass.
Will I have to stick to a particular time to come at the gym?

Will trainers guide me if I don’t take personal training?
Yes, general training guidance is available in all the packages. Our trainers are available throughout the day to help and guide you to achieve your fitness goals.
Is there a separate changing room for men and women?
Yes, we have separate changing rooms for men and women along with shower and temporary locker facilities.
