At Rave Fitness Studio, we have a clear ‘No Refund Policy’. Once personal training or membership is purchased online or at the studio, there will be no refund.
Membership once purchased can only be transferred to a non-member of Rave Fitness. However, On Demand Online Personal Training can neither be refunded or transferred because of its subscription nature.
In order to cancel your On Demand Online Personal Training subscription please send an email to contact@ravefitnessstudio.com 3 working days before your renewal date.
Please note that Rave Fitness Studio’s decision on any refund & cancellation policy shall be final & binding.
